Penang Teochew Association
This is the video of how the Teochew community Penang restored the historical building of Han Jiang or Teochew ancestral temple of the Penang Teochew Association. The restoration has won the 2006 UNESCO Asia-Pacific Awards for culture Heritage Conservation. The cost of restoration of RM1.5 million was through the fundraising efforts by the Teochew community.
