Human Right

Human rights are "basic rights and freedoms to which all humans are entitled."

Examples of rights and freedoms which have come to be commonly thought of as human rights include civil and political rights, such as the right to life and liberty, freedom of expression, and equality before the law; and economic, social and cultural rights, including the right to participate in culture, the right to food, the right to work, and the right to education.

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) is a non-binding declaration adopted by the United Nations General Assembly in 1948, partly in response to the atrocities of World War II. Although the UDHR is a non-binding resolution, it is now considered to be a central component of international customary law which may be invoked under appropriate circumstances by national and other judiciaries. The UDHR urges member nations to promote a number of human, civil, economic and social rights, asserting these rights are part of the "foundation of freedom, justice and peace in the world." The declaration was the first international legal effort to limit the behaviour of states and press upon them duties to their citizens following the model of the rights-duty duality.

Animal Right

Animal rights, also referred to as animal liberation, is the idea that the most basic interests of animals should be afforded the same consideration as the similar interests of humans. Advocates approach the issue from different philosophical positions but agree that animals should be viewed as legal persons and members of the moral community, not property, and that they should not be used as food, clothing, research subjects, or entertainment.

Human Right Vs Animal Right,& senses of right and wrong

It is good to have human right protection by the world body, if all human being respected the human right of others, then the world will be better for each of us. But human right has become political agenda, which create more troubles for the world. Each has its own interpretation of human right. The right of not of universal value anymore,even the right to own gun, the right to have same sex marriage, the right to have false religion, and finally the animal right..... and actually we do no know what is right?.....

Human Right should not only based on value of the west, the people from other place have their own value. If the value of the east differ from the west, is it up right violation?. The disrespect of the value of other human being is a form of human right violation. Human right is based on equality but not all man are living in the same environment and conditions. Some are more equal than others. Their understanding of human right differ. A rich man will not able to teach a beggar what is human right and equality. Unless the beggar has the same footing as the rich man, than only he can understand equality and human right, even if he understand human right to him that is not his immediate needs, what is the use to him?. He need equal footing, the basic needs to start human right understanding(refer to Maslow Theory of Needs). He has no basic right for food, housing, do not talk about other human right...Human right just like human needs have levels, a basic human right level for food and higher level for other rights..like Maslow Theory of Needs. Any discussion or enforcement of human right with different level will caused human right level misfit and caused problems for the person, society and country.

Actually what is human right or animal right? what is the legal right now?....??? This right that right, and some over-right, make no right for human to survive.....Over-right , yes some act like super-hero or defendant of human right and caused war, violence, accusation to others, himself a violation of human right...they want perfect human right protection all over the world, following their human right record, they set their own universal standard for others(which included hidden political agenda), creating a universal human right world, and forgot the basic human nature and respect of human being itself. The abuse of human right is also include the force enforcement of human right on others,a form of psedo human right. Some have partial human right, advocate that others need perfect human right, but he violate basic human right at home.

When the opium commodity was forced to Asian, when slaves was imported from Africa; there is no talk about human right by the more advanced and richer countries which had benefited from Industrial Revolution. Behind human right lobby there is political agenda,and the more keen lobbyist are from the countries who have violated the human right in the past, now they talk about human right on the victim countries, where their violation had caused their backwardness and also adversely affect their development. Now they talk about human right with political agenda....ironically there is timing mismatch.

This is the same as animal right, over reacted...we just need a basic human sense of love for animals.

If animal have more right than human, is it violation of human right.....

If human has no right to food, and violate animal right, is it violation ....

Is animal has right of property(beneficiary of human will), if yes; is it violation of human right, when many human in this world died of hunger?

Any love of animal by human, but hate his fellow human being, is it violation of human right?

When human right and animal right conflict, which one(right)prevail? Can animal and human stand on equal footing? If yes, what is this world?...(Note: There was an rich old lady in Italy, who will all her estate to the cat she loved, if the cat died the money will go to animal charity; what you think about her, nothing for human charity? for the natural disaster victim, for the poor, and I am sad to see that, when she loved animal more than human being. The society had failed her, or she was having some social problem....sad.)

The human and animal has its place in God's plan; love of mankind and lives,human and animal require no legal framework of human or animal right; all the legal framework reveal the weaknesses of human being, a self- centered, selfish nature, and cannot control his nature or his given right since birth. They has lose the senses of right and wrong(The root of human right), that is the reason that their right have to be codified, and animal has more right than human now...... they cannot decide based on their heart(right to choice of right and wrong). Understanding of his right to do right....to fellow human as well as animal.

At the end , with human or animal right, we still have no right......because we have no LOVE.....
