Burma at the crossroads

Aung San Suu Ky may have won the election, we are happy for her. But the fight for Burma is still not over. The journey for Burma is still a long way.

Is there any member of JUNTA, still not happy with the change, are they willing to give up their power? or are they taking off their uniform to consolidate their riches and other powers to establish a new power base to control the new government in the coming new Burma? We have yet to see the collective voices for them to support the new government.....

How about the minority and the Panglong Agreement? will the new government still accept the agreement with the minority or a new development be planned for the new Burma, so that the minority can fully engaged and with fairness and justice? This will be a time bomb for the new democracy, will the minority accept the new government and their policies? or will they still fighting for a separate way?

The victory is not only for Aung San Suu Ky, she is just a leader of the movement. There are many people who fight like her, but the names are not give due publicity like Aung San Suu Ky. There are many heroes from different political platforms, and will they come to agreement for the new Burma?

Let us wait and see.....

Best wishes to new Burma....
